Auberge du Chene Vert {oh bear-g doo shen ver} is a Bed and Breakfast on the Mississippi River Road between Baton Rouge and New Orleans, in Paulina, Louisiana. It sits beneath 4 impressive live oak trees, thus the name which means "live oak inn". Upon arrival you will be greeted by fresh flowers from our garden and homemade snacks from our kitchen. You may choose from 3 comfortable guest rooms, each with a private bath. Your bedroom will be ready and waiting to offer you a good night's rest. During your stay with us, relax in a rocker on the front porch or under a shady oak tree. Visit with friends or read a book in our stately living room or take a leisurely walk along the levee and watch ships from around the world pass by on the Mississippi River. Take a stroll into the yard to look at our fruit trees.

We are located on the east bank of the river with easy access to the New Orleans airport. We will send you off to your busy day on time. Each room has internet access along with a desk, chairs and good lighting. Consider us as a home away from home. Come and go as you please. We offer discounts for extended stays.
